Directions
1. In large bowl, mix flours, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
2. In another bowl, whisk the milk, butter, egg, and vanilla.
3. Add wet ingredients to dry and mix.
4. Heat up a skillet with some kind of oil or butter. Cook them like usual.
This is a simplified version of the one I found. It makes 3 medium-sized pancakes.
