Sautéed halibut with lemon-pesto butter

- basil, chopped : 1 1/2 tsp.
- butter : 3 tbsp.
- halibut, fillets : 4
- lemon juice : 1/2 tsp.
- black pepper : 1/8 tsp.
- pesto : 1 tbsp.
- sea salt : 1/4 tsp.
- shallot, chopped : 1 tsp.
Directions
1. Combine butter, pesto, basil, shallots, and lemon in a small bowl until well-blended.
2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Coat pan with cooking spray.
3. Sprinkle fillets evenly on both sides with salt and pepper. Add fillets to pan and sauté for 5 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily.
4. Serve fish with butter mixture.
