Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Mix everything in a bowl.
3. Make balls of the stuff and put on the baking sheet.
4. Bake for 15-20 minutes. Don't burn it.
Or:
- Replace half of the coconut with a mix of walnut and pumpkin seeds. Really, any nuts will probably do.
