Baton Rouge — The Spanish Town street where the Founder lives is flooding and flooding quickly. The rain began this morning around midnight and hasn't let up.

"The heavy rain really started around 9:30," said Leif. "I had to move my car to higher ground."
For a while, the area was under a tornado warning, a tornado watch, a flash flood warning, a flash flood watch, and a flood warning. The possible tornado was farther north in Baker and so didn't affect the Founder's home directly. The tornado warning has since been dropped.
