Total cook time: 25 minutes
1. Bake some homemade bread.
2. Heat butter in a skillet. Add kippers and cook about 3 minutes per side.
3. Mix eggs, milk, curry powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
4. Remove the kippers from the skillet and set aside. Pour in egg mixture and either scramble and cook like an omelette.
5. Toast the bread and butter. Serve eggs and kippers on top and squeeze/pour lemon juice on top.
As the picture shows, fresh lemon is best.
