Directions

Salsa:
1. Chop peaches, bell pepper, green onion, arugula, oregano, and seeded pepper. Combine with 2 tbsp lemon juice and pinch of salt.
2. Let stand for 30 minutes.

Fish:
3. Combine and stir remaining lemon juice, oil, paprika, and garlic in baking dish.
4. Add fish and turn to coat. Let stand for 15 minutes.
5. Remove fish and sprinkle them with salt and black pepper.
6. Place fish on oiled and heated grill pan. Grill 3 minutes on each side.
