Total cook time: 10 minutes
1. Mix together flour, salt, and sugar.
2. Add butter and combine by hand.
3. Spoon in the chilled water a tablespoon at a time until it comes to a good consistency. (You could end up using more. You could be using less.)
4. Pat the dough into a ball, cover with plastic wrap, and let it sit in the fridge for a while. Whenever you're ready, press it down into a pie tin and build your pie on top of it. Bake however you like.
This is just a basic recipe to get a pie crust together if you don't have a pre-made one. Flour and ratio can be anything. Consider a little wheat bran if you like graham crust.
